We all have goals. Some small( like finishing all your house chores for once) and some big( like wanting to become the president). We dream of achieving them! but sometimes we get caught up with the modern day world and we forget how to achieve our goals.
A small goal Example: Getting Clear Skin I get a few pimples here and there, but my main problem is blackheads. I have tried products but they haven't really worked. I then sat down and came up with an action plan:
Use products for 2 months
If skin doesn't come right, go to dermatologist
Buy recommended products to manage my blackheads
Done! My action plan was done and it was so easy. I have been using the products and will be going to the dermatologist in September or October.

A Big goal Example: Become a model This is a big goal for me because I want to try modelling to boost my confidence. My plan:
Get clear skin
Go for a photo shoot
Apply to agencies
Now, take out a pen and paper and write down all your goals. Sort them into 2 columns, 1 column: small goals, the next column: big goals. For each and every goal, try writing out the different steps you have to take in order to achieve that goal. Once you have done a step, draw a tick next to it.
Now use my process of achieving goals and apply it to your life!
How to stay motivated: This is the hard part and why some people don't ever achieve their goals. I sometimes wake up and say to myself, "my skin looks terrible, how am I going to ever have clear skin?" or "how could I ever become a model?" Sometimes you think you can't do it, but you have to motivate yourself because only you can do that, you can't rely on others to do that for you. You have to want to achieve your dreams for it to actually become a reality. Also think about it like this: don't let little things get you down, for example: if I get a pimple on my face. To me ,it seems like a huge imperfection, but it is just a pimple!
Try this: Don't just think of Monday as motivation day, think of it as everyday! You need to have a purpose or goal when you wake up everyday. When you wake up in the morning, try looking at motivational quotes on your phone or you can write them down on a notepad. These notes make you feel awesome and ready to take on your day and achieve your dreams! I also like to do meditation and yoga in the morning, but this is more for calming nerves( more about this in another post)

Remember that your are beautiful, special, unique and worth it. We all only have one life and then it is up, so we might as well take our chances because we have nothing to lose. The world is meant to be explored! If you don't chase your dreams, then you will have regrets later. Don't let others burn the fire inside of you because you are amazing, no matter what!
